Is Google removing the URL Parameters feature in Webmaster Tools?

This morning on Google+ Merlinox told that he was unable to modify URL Parameters inside Webmaster Tools.

I took a look and confirmed. I’m no more able to edit anything as you can see in the following image.

What’s happening?

Is Google going to remove the feature or it’s simply a bug?
